Avaya IP Office:  We has been selling VoIP business phone systems like the Avaya IP Office VoIP business phone system in Ontario, Toronto, Canada and the USA since 2005.  The Avaya IP Office business phone system comes in either the IP Office SOE (Small Office Edition), Avaya IP Office 406, Avaya IP Office 412, and the newest model, the Avaya IP Office 500. The extension capacity growth ranges from as few as a three (or so) extensions on the IP Office SOE to up to to 360 extensions on the IP Office 412. The IP Office 500 has growth up to approx. 282 extensions – either digital, or IP, or a combination of IP and digital sets not to exceed 282 extensions. The System will support the Avaya business phone system digital models 4412 and 4406 sets, and the 5410, 5420, and 5402 digital sets. It will also support the VoIP business phone system 4610, and 5610 IP based sets. We have installed, and has direct support for the Avaya IP Office VoIP business phone system in Ontario, Montreal, Toronto, Quebec, Alberta, Edmonton Calgary,  and Vancouver BC Canada, and many cities in the USA. Some applications that can be run on the Avaya IP Office include: call centre, otherwise known as CCC, Compact Contact Center, TAPI licenses are included, and Unified Messaging.

We sell the Avaya 5402, 5410, and 5420 digital telephones generally with the Avaya IP Office. The Avaya IP Office sets bring Avaya state of the art technology directly to your desktop, delivering efficient service, superior voice quality, along with amazing cutting-edge communications features. Label-less call appearance keys simplify administration. Local call log and speed dial directory enhance productivity. These business phone system sets, intended for the Avaya IP Office VoIP (PBX) phone system will provide superior full duplex speakerphone capability (except the 5402 which has a one way speaker). We generally installs these phones, or the IP / VoIP type sets for installs done in Toronto, Ontario, Montreal Quebec Canada.  They are good for the call centre, unified messaging, and TAPI.

Nortel Norstar and BCM:  We have been selling the Nortel Norstar MICS, and Norstar 8X24 business phone systems in Toronto, Ontario, Montreal Quebec, Calgary and Edmonton Alberta, Vancouver BC, Canada since 1991. The 8X24 business phone system was introduced in the late 1980’s and was replaced by the Nortel Norstar MICS business phone system in the mid 1990’s. The Nortel Norstar is capable of expanding to about 200 extensions. The Norstar MICS works with the current model Nortel Call Pilot voice mail system. At one time we also actively sold the Nortel BCM VoIP business phone system models BCM 50, BCM 200, and BCM 400. The smaller Nortel BCM 50 is capable of expanding to about 40 extensions, and the larger BCM 400 is capable of expanding to about 110 extensions. Although we no longer actively sell the Nortel BCM 400 system, we still do sell the BCM 50 VoIP business phone system.
